Kemi has over 5 years of experience as a Planner/Scheduler for Defence Procurement projects where she worked collaboratively with Project Managers to develop schedules as part of the evidence for Review gate approvals for Assessment and In-service phases. she later worked in the PMO as Project Controls Manager for a Defence Digital Transformation Programme bringing together different elements of risk, schedule, dependencies to sight for leadership awareness. As well as engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a high standard of performance.

Kemi has helped coached her team to embed Baseline Change processes and promote effective project controls ways of working. A reliable team player who thrives to achieve the common goal of effective performance and to add value to the team.

Kemi is excited about VIMA Group and particularly looks forward to growth and opportunities.

Mum to a beautiful boy, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking and enjoys occasional dining (Food is life) and entertaining. Lover of drama series (Peaky blinders and this is Us latest watch), a chilled evening is spent watching a good movie with her husband.
