James joins the team with several years’ experience in Project Management across defence and construction. Most recently, James worked in digital & technology services in Defence Digital, successfully managing and navigating complex approval processes as a ‘pathfinder’ project for new and changed defence approval processes as well as more traditional routes. Whilst simultaneously overseeing ongoing change management within an existing bespoke platform, delivering significant upgrades and performance improvements. James enjoys the people aspect of project management, working collaboratively to achieve a common goal.

On his appointment, James commented, “I am excited to be joining VIMA as one of several new members of the team, in a period of significant growth.
