VIMA Group are delighted to have welcomed Megan Dance to their consultancy team. Megan, who takes up the post of Junior Consultant, began her consultancy career in 2015, working as a junior project manager and consultant for Step5 Group.

She brings to VIMA her experience of working in a major programme to deliver the new Police Standard Operating Platform to the Metropolitan Police Service. Megan held a number of responsibilities and was principally concerned with project controls and planning.

Most recently, she has worked with the Ministry of Defence to consider all aspects of in-housing TAFMIS which was delivered and accepted. Megan is very excited to have joined VIMA Group’s consultancy arm and looking forward to contributing to the team.
