Katharine Toledo has joined VIMA Group in the position of Junior Consultant.

During her degree course at Loughborough University, from which she graduated in July 2016 with a 2:1 in Social Psychology, Katharine worked part-time in retail for five years, always finishing each month as one of the top ten sales performers.

Following graduation Katharine entered Enterprise Rent-a Car’s graduate management programme, where she continued her sales success, before taking up her first role at VIMA as Project Manager for a staff / management coaching assignment at MOD Abbey Wood in Filton, Bristol.

Joining VIMA Group as a Junior Consultant is Lucy Hart.

Graduating from Coventry University in 2016 with a 2:1 BA degree in Economics, Lucy’s first role in business was as an associate recruitment consultant within the Education specialism of Hays Recruitment, where she made a significant contribution to her team’s success in winning the ‘Office of the West & Wales’ Award in December 2016.

Since joining VIMA, where she first provided assistance with the company’s successful “Gcloud9” bid, Lucy is presently providing project support and helping with data management as part of the LAM team working on the “HALO” project at MOD Corsham.
