Miki is a confident and motivated leader with extensive experience in the Defence sector. A former Army Officer, Miki spent 16 Years in the Royal Engineers and over 10 years in the Defence Intelligence and Geospatial Arena. She has enjoyed roles in Capability Planning and Development, and has experience working throughout the project Lifecyle phases from Concepts, Requirements Management, Project Management and Capability Integration. Naturally adaptive, Miki has worked in areas as diverse as GPS and Satellite Navigation, Air to Ground Targeting, Deployable Geospatial Information Systems, Construction and Sensors. Miki is APM PMQ qualified, an AgilePM Practitioner and has knowledge of ITIL and Managing Successful Programmes.
Miki joins VIMA after an extended career break raising her family and supporting her military spouse on overseas assignments in the USA and Canada. Outside work, she enjoys fitness and being outdoors. She loves taking part in adventurous activities with her family including skiing, cycling, walking and paddle boarding.
