Thank you to all those who took part in our recent survey. As promised, we’re now delighted to be able to share the Survey Results. In short, the overwhelming response demonstrated a resounding positive appetite for ensuring that we do not lose the opportunity this crisis affords us.

In conjunction with Magus Bespoke Solutions, we asked respondents to answer eight questions, designed to guage appetite across a range of management areas. The full survey results are set out below and provide an interesting insight into how respondents place different aspects of management in order of priority.

Traditional programmatic approaches to change have been famously poor at delivering in the past. Our survey results confirm that such approaches are now clearly incompatible with the volatility and uncertainty that we are experiencing now.

Just as the pace of change for organisations has never been faster, the breadth of change possibilities has never been wider.  Accordingly, a very different change philosophy needs to be employed.
