We are proud to be chosen to receive a 2022 Silver Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award (ERS) in recognition of your continued support to members of the Armed Forces community in our recruiting and selection processes. Last night we attended the His Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant’s Awards 2022 ceremony to receive our award.

The prestigious Defence Silver ERS Award recognises employers who have actively demonstrated their support for the Armed Forces community. VIMA was one of the 38 organisations in the South West Region to have been selected for the award this year.

Dominic Eade, VIMA CCO commented: “We are absolutely delighted to receive the ERS Silver Award in recognition of our support for the Armed forces and our own Veterans, Reservists and families of serving members. We truly value the exceptional skills and experience our veterans and reservists bring to VIMA. We will strive to improve our support while encouraging our suppliers and partners to do the same, as we aim for the prestigious Gold Award next year”.
