VIMA are delighted to announce that David Phillips has joined their growing team as a Senior Consultant.     

David is an accomplished IT Project Manager and Senior Solutions Manager. He has enjoyed a career spanning nearly 30 years leading and delivering business-critical Oracle E-business suite, Oracle application and ERP migration and upgrade projects into managed cloud services for clients across diverse sectors.

David is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, with a consistent track record in overseeing the full project lifecycle. He brings to VIMA a broad skill set encompassing project management, solutions development, ERP project execution, service design, services solutioning, project turnaround, sales support, BAU planning, project estimating and contract revision.

David has previously formed and led cross-functional and remote teams to achieve excellent results. He is widely recognised for his continuous success in building and maintaining collaborative relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and clients.

David says “Just in my first few days I know that I have made the right decision in joining VIMA Group. Everyone is welcoming and supportive and  I am looking forward to help VIMA continuing its focus on customer success and company growth. It’s a good feeling to be excited about work again and I now realise that had been missing for a long time.”

When not working Dave helps coach a junior rugby team. He is also involved in developing Inclusive Rugby with Bristol Bears Community Foundation for families to play a sport together, older people looking for fun fitness and social activities, and for young adults with learning challenges.
