We are thrilled to announce that Louise Payling has joined us as a Senior Consultant.
Louise has over 12 years of experience across the Secure Government and Defence sectors. After starting her career within the military, Louise transitioned into project management with a focus on delivering complex projects. She is driven by the desire to help clients identify their requirements and solve problems with bespoke, innovative and effective solutions.
On her appointment, Louise commented, “I’m tremendously excited to be joining the VIMA Group and I’m looking forward to being involved with such a dynamic and successful organisation that has already achieved so much.”
Outside of work, Louise has a husband and two daughters, and she is a trail running enthusiast when she has a spare minute or two!
