We are delighted to announce that Richard Sugden has joined us as Principal Consultant.
Richard is an experienced Portfolio, Programme and Project professional with over 10 years of experience across the Defence and Security sectors. Richard has extensive experience in designing and implementing delivery and enablement frameworks as part of complex change programmes and portfolios, in addition to a background in both traditional and agile delivery.
On his appointment to VIMA, Richard said, “I am really looking forward to exploring this next phase of my career. It is a really exciting time to be a part of VIMA group as we develop capabilities and services that best suit the needs of existing and future customers, especially against a rapidly evolving technological and societal environment.”
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the countryside with trail running and cycling, weekend adventures with the family and keeping busy with his part-time University of Bath Executive MBA.
