Pedro has extensive experience managing and leading teams delivering consultative-led IT and P3M services across multiple industry sectors, including Oil & Gas, banking, and UK Government.
His skillset spans both the technical and business spheres, including effective project and programme management, business and process analysis, and Microsoft 365.
Pedro’s open and engaging approach to people, combined with his strong technical background and talent for communicating at all levels, has proven invaluable across a diverse portfolio of engagements.
He is currently engaged in establishing a Portfolio Management Office function for Navy Digital, introducing new tools, processes, and controls across the organisation, and leading the adoption of agile practices.

In his spare time, Pedro loves playing classical guitar, learning foreign languages (he speaks 4), speaking in public as a member of Toastmasters International and many other things.
