Gloucestershire Constabulary required a review of their IT Service Management arrangements. They needed to undertake a programme of digital transformation initiatives, while maintaining a diverse range of Business As Usual services.
The existing team structures and management processes had to be baselined against best practice, to make sure that strategic actions could be prioritised and future changes managed.
