What does it take to work at VIMA Group?

VIMA Group specialise in delivering P3M (Project, Programme & Portfolio Management) & Project Controls, Procurement, Data Analytics, Learning and Development, Cyber Management, Business Analysis and Transformation consultancy. We add most value delivering these capabilities within the context of Digital Transformation.

Reporting to the People Manager, the People Administrator will support the administration of staff and associates through the employee lifecycle and assignment management processes including onboarding, offboarding and maintaining the HR and associate contract management systems.

The People Administrator will need to be extremely well organised and have an eye for detail. They must have strong technical and data management skills and an understanding of HR and commercial processes. They will need to have a positive and proactive attitude and be an excellent communicator.

This role is critical in ensuring an outstanding employee experience at VIMA as well as the smooth operations of its deployed consultants.

What do we look for in a People Administrator?

As a People Administrator you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the following:

  • Experience of administering a HR Information System (Bamboo HR would be preferable)
  • Experience of providing onboarding and administration support to both staff and associates.
  • Good organisational management with an outstanding ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with all levels of an organisation.
  • Desirable: Experience of managing associate contracts.
