What does it take to work at VIMA Group?
So, what is the VIMA difference? The graduate scheme is built around you and your aspirations. We have designed the scheme to complement your pace of development and progression, giving you greater control over how you develop your career and the direction this may take. Through a mixture of bespoke and accredited training, you will engage in a flexible learning and development programme that truly supports you to develop in a capability area that is matched to your career journey. Targeted mentoring and a wealth of practical on-the-job training is encompassed within the structured programme, which focusses on developing professional relationships and learning from the very best people within the VIMA team and the wider business environment.
As the course progresses, you will have the opportunity to be deployed as part of a team into client-facing delivery roles, helping our clients solve complicated problems, deliver complex change initiatives and improve business performance. Through regular exposure to client work, you will be able to put theory into practice working with a supportive team who will challenge you to develop and grow within your role.
